We do not sell physical smokers, materials, or tools.
We are not licensed engineers, contractors, or safety professionals.
The Products are provided for informational and educational purposes only.

You are solely responsible for determining whether any design is safe, appropriate, and compliant with local laws, codes, and regulations.

4. Orders, Pricing, and Payments

Prices for our Products are listed on the Site and may change at any time without notice.

When you place an order, you agree that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or misuse.

Payments are processed by third-party providers (such as PayPal or other payment processors). By making a purchase, you also agree to their separate terms and policies. We are not responsible for errors, delays, or issues caused by payment processors.

5. Digital Delivery

Our Products are delivered digitally (for example, via on-screen download link, email link, or account download).

You are responsible for ensuring you provide a correct and working email address and have adequate software and hardware to open the files.
If you do not receive your Product within a reasonable time after purchase, please check your spam/junk folder and then contact us at pigfarmerben395@gmail.com.

6. Refunds – All Sales Are Final

Because our Products are digital downloads:

All sales are final.

Once your order is completed and access to the digital files is provided, no refunds, returns, or exchanges will be given, except where required by applicable law.

If you receive the wrong file or experience a technical issue (such as a corrupted file or inability to access the download link), please email us at pigfarmerben395@gmail.com so we can help you access the correct Product.

7. License and Permitted Use

When you purchase a Product, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

Download and store the Product
Use it for your personal, non-commercial use only

You may not:
